4TH MVMT is a Cannabis Dispensary with the social purpose to promote equitable ownership and employment opportunities in the Cannabis industry. It aims to empower, by reskilling and employing individuals from communities that have been adversely affected by the war on drugs and employing them within their Cannabis dispensaries.
